ARTSNACKS REFERRAL PROGRAM TERMS - Updated 5/28/19
TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thanks so much for referring friends and helping the ArtSnacks community grow! The ArtSnacks Referral Program offers ArtSnacks subscribers the opportunity to receive discounts to the ArtSnacks Shop by referring friends to ArtSnacks.
To participate in the program, ArtSnacks subscribers must agree to the following terms and conditions. We reserve the right to disqualify any user from participating in the program at any time at our discretion should they fail to comply with any of these terms and conditions.
QUALIFYING REFERRALS
To earn one 20% off discount to the ArtSnacks Shop, your referred friend must successfully sign up for a monthly ArtSnacks or ArtSnacks Plus subscription through your unique referral link.
If your friend does not click on the personal referral link in the invite email or any other invite mechanism to accept the invitation, you may not receive the discount. We will have no liability to you because there is no discernible way to identify their subscription resulted from your referral.
The 20% off discount to the ArtSnacks Shop is issued via a unique code. This code does not expire and can only be redeemed in the ArtSnacks Shop at checkout. It cannot be used towards subscription services or collections (Inktober Collection, Travel Collection, etc.). Referral discounts are non-transferable and may not be shared. They cannot be combined with any other offers; one referral discount is allowed per order.
Please allow 48 hours for the 20% off discount code to be sent to your email address after your referred friend signs up for a subscription.
ArtSnacks subscribers are limited to one 20% off discount and one qualified referral for each referred friend; in other words, additional/repeat subscriptions made by a referred friend are not counted as additional qualified referrals and will not result in additional discounts.
REFERRED FRIENDS
Referred friends who click on a unique referral link and successfully sign up for a monthly ArtSnacks or ArtSnacks Plus subscription will be rewarded 10% off their first month (3, 6, and 12 month subscriptions excluded). You cannot refer yourself to generate qualified referrals and earn ArtSnacks Shop discounts. For a subscription to count as a qualified referral, the referred friend must hold different identifying information than the ArtSnacks subscriber whose link was used to sign up for the new subscription. They must not have previously registered an ArtSnacks account (including without limitations under any other names, email addresses, or aliases).
SHARING REFERRAL LINKS
Referrals should strictly be used for personal purposes and shared with personal connections. Personal links should not be distributed to commercial websites (such as coupon websites, Reddit, etc.). We reserve the right to revoke or refuse to issue any ArtSnacks Shop discount codes for qualified referrals we suspect were generated through improper channels.
NO SPAM
ArtSnacks subscribers should only distribute their personal referral links via email or social media (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.). Bulk email distribution is prohibited. Any distribution of your referral link that could constitute as unsolicited commercial emails or “spam” under any applicable law or regulation is expressly prohibited and will be grounds for immediate exclusion from the ArtSnacks Referral Program.
TERMINATION AND CHANGES
ArtSnacks reserves the right to close the account(s) of any active customers and/or referred friend and to cancel all related discounts if we determine in our sole discretion that the active customer and/or referred friend has tampered with the ArtSnacks Referral Program or used or attempted to use the program in an abusive, unethical, unsportsmanlike, or otherwise questionable manner or breaches any of these terms and conditions or is in violation of any law, statute, or governmental regulation.
Additionally, ArtSnacks reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited at that time.
