The Artist Behind the 2023 ArtSnacks Ink Collection: Meg Lees

Meg Lees (also known online as @toxic.moxie) is a New England-based artist and illustrator creating spooky cute art with pastel colors and plenty of friendly ghosts! Her creativity is inspired by Japanese kawaii culture, her love of Halloween, nature, Gizmo (her kitty familiar), Studio Ghibli movies, and some of her favorite shows (Adventure Time, Bee and Puppycat, and more!).

When she’s not doodling ghosts with kitty-inspired toe beans, you can find Meg drinking absurd amounts of coffee, taking care of her plants, walking through the woods to admire the mushrooms and small creatures, and being an avid bookworm!
