Dear ArtSnacker,
As a valued customer and supporter of our business, we are writing to share an important update about ArtSnacks's future. After much consideration, we have decided to retire our ArtSnacks Quarterly subscription service.
We appreciate transparency, and we know you do, too. Running a small subscription business (2 people and a warehouse!) has its ups and downs, but tough decisions like this are carefully thought out. Between supply chain issues, shipping expenses, and the rising cost of art materials, the ArtSnacks Quarterly subscription has not been performing the way we expected.
Here’s what you need to know:
Order Fulfillment: The fall 2024 ArtSnacks boxes that just shipped will be your final box. You can still place orders for non-subscription products through the ArtSnacks Shop.
Existing Subscriptions: Your ArtSnacks Quarterly subscription has been paused. You will not be charged going forward.
Livestream Classes: There will be 3 fall box livestreams classes hosted on YouTube. You can find the dates on ArtSnacks Mix or on our YouTube page.
Customer Support: We will be available to assist with any questions or concerns you may have during this transition. Please reach out to us at support@artsnacks.co
Future Plans: While the ArtSnacks Quarterly subscription service is ending, we are dedicated to servicing you through the ArtSnacks Shop and engaging with you on ArtSnacks Mix.
We want to extend our heartfelt THANK YOU to each of you for subscribing and for being a part of the ArtSnacks community. Your enthusiasm and support have been the driving force behind our efforts, and we are deeply grateful.
